We do reliable, professional work. Our specialty is daily facility janitorial.

Your regular daily or weekly janitorial tasks can include the following:
  • Restroom cleaning, sanitizing and re-stocking dispensers. For restroom care only, we recommend: Washroom Wizard
  • Trash and recycle collected and hauled to your dumpster, re-line receptacles as needed
  • Vacuuming carpeting and entry floor mats
  • Window cleaning - entry area windows and doorway windows
  • Dusting, high and low dusting, table tops, baseboards, ledges, etc.
  • Sweeping, dust mopping, wet mopping floors
  • Carpet spotting, minor carpet cleaning. We recommend Carpet Care Cleaners for your total carpet cleaning needs.
  • Cleaning stairways, handrails and landings
  • Clean and tidy lobby/entrances/waiting rooms/meeting rooms
  • Clean kitchens, coffee areas and employee lunchrooms
  • Sweeping walkways, tidying up front exterior entry areas
  • Other work - invoiced seperately: stripping, machine scrubbing, buffing and waxing (finishing) floors, exterior window cleaning
