Licensed - Insured - Bonded
Services include factory, business facility, apartment, condo, rental and moveout cleaning.
Tasks provided encompass the following:
- Trash removal to your dumpster
- Top to bottom dusting
- Clean appliances
- Wash - wipe down wall trim and casements
- Clean kitchen cabinets, drawers, closets
- Clean bathrooms and fixtures
- Sweep and mop floors
- Vacuum carpets
- Sweep and generally clean porches and entryways
- Wash windows*
- Observe, log and report any obvious tenant damage
- Secure - lock all windows and doors before departing each dwelling-area.
*If you do not have a scissorlift on site - will do reachable windows only - we have 12 foot extension pole
Can provide proof of insurance and bond upon request.

Apartment/Condo Move in - Move out Rates (a basic deep cleaning for rentals)
- studio - 55.00
- 1 bdrm - 65.00
- 2 bdrm apartment 85.00
- 3 bdrm apartment - 99.00
- 4 bdrm apartment - 115.00
- Carpet shampooing - extra (contact for fee and particulars)
- Office and Construction cleanup - see below.
Hourly Rate = 20.00/hour
Business, factory and office cleaning available.

Payment is due at time of service for one time cleanings.
