SERVICES
Services include factory, business facility, offices janitorial.

Here are some of the daily facility tasks that we do:

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms daily
• Dusting
• Clean and tidy lobby and entryways
• Clean and tidy meeting and conference rooms
• Vacuum carpets
• Trash removal to your dumpster
• Sweep and mop floors
• Clean lunchroom and breakrooms
• Spot clean walls
• Clean entry windows
• Communicate with building manager as needed
• Secure - lock all windows and doors before departing.

* regarding window washing: If you do not have a scissorlift on site - we will do reachable windows only - we have 12 foot extension pole

Can provide proof of insurance and bond upon request.

RATES for businesses, factories and offices
You will find our rates are competitive with other cleaning contractors. Contact for free estimate after walk-through, flat monthly rate or by hourly.
We contract small or large...once a week to daily janitorial contracts.

RATES for apartment moveouts: (please be aware that we are not always available for on-call)

Occasionally available for apartment, condo, rental and moveout cleaning.
Here's an idea of some flat rates. Any estimate depends on current condition of each unit. We would need to do a walk through before quoting your actual cost.

• studio - 62.00
• 1 bdrm - 93.00
• 2 bdrm apartment 124.00
• 3 bdrm apartment - 115.00
• 4 bdrm apartment - 139.00
  
• Mobile home single wide - 186. to 372.00 or more depending on current condition and time it takes, etc.
• Mobile home double wide - 217. to 450.00 or more depending on current condition and time it takes, etc.
• Foor scrubbing and "waxing" (vct), exterior window washing - extra (contact for rates and particulars)

We have the right to refuse any one-time job. We are not always available for on call work.

For one time cleaning, payment is due at time of service.
Daily/weekly facility services are invoiced monthly.
